At Yakups, we stand behind the quality of our custom vertical rack systems and lifestyle apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team at www.Yakups.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Yakups

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
