What is the typical lead time for custom rack orders?
Since each Yakup is handcrafted for quality, production typically takes 2-4 weeks before shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your rack leaves our facility.
Can the rack accommodate different types of gear simultaneously?
Yes, our modular design is built to secure kayaks, bikes, and boards vertically in one system, maximizing space while ensuring each piece of equipment is safely buffered.
Do you offer international shipping for your custom racks?
We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for custom-built products?
Because each rack is custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns. However, we offer a full warranty against manufacturing defects and will work with you to resolve any fitment issues.
